This policy explains what information NAMO Financial Services LLC collects through the namo360.life website, where that information is stored, how it is used, and the rights consumers have over their data. Questions about anything below can be sent to sk@namo360.life.

What We Collect

The namo360.life website collects only the information consumers voluntarily provide through forms on the site. Specifically:

Consultation form: full name, email address, phone number, state of residence, financial topics of interest, preferred contact method (phone, email, or scheduled call), and preferred date and time window if selected.
Testimonial form: first name or initials, optional city and state, experience topic categories selected, star rating, story text, optional email address (used only to send a personal thank-you), and optional photo upload.

The site does not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, behavioral analytics, or any data not explicitly entered by the consumer.

Where Your Data Lives

Form submissions are stored and processed by the following third-party infrastructure providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Supabase — PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. Stores consultation leads and testimonial submissions. Supabase privacy policy.
Resend — transactional email delivery. Used to notify SuryaKiran of new submissions and to send testimonial acknowledgements. Resend privacy policy.
Calendly — booking redirect only. When a consumer selects "book a time" on the consultation form, the browser is redirected to calendly.com/namo360 where Calendly collects scheduling information directly. Calendly privacy policy.
Cloudflare Pages — static site hosting for namo360.life. No personal data passes through Cloudflare beyond standard HTTP request metadata (browser type, country-level location) used for delivery and security. Cloudflare privacy policy.

How We Use It

Information submitted through namo360.life is used only for the following purposes:

To respond to consultation inquiries with the requested information or a scheduled call.
To send a personal acknowledgement when a testimonial is submitted with an email address.
To maintain professional licensee records as required by state insurance regulators in the jurisdictions where SuryaKiran Reddy Chintala is licensed.

Information collected through namo360.life is not used for marketing campaigns, retargeting, or list rental, and is not shared with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers named above. NAMO Financial Services LLC does not sell consumer data under any circumstance.

Retention

Consultation leads are retained indefinitely as part of professional licensee records, consistent with industry practice and state recordkeeping expectations. Approved testimonials are retained as long as the testimonial is publicly displayed on the site or until the contributor requests removal. Unapproved testimonial submissions may be retained for review and are deleted if not approved within a reasonable period. Consumers may request earlier deletion at any time using the contact information below.

Your Rights

Consumers may request any of the following at any time by emailing sk@namo360.life:

Access: a copy of the personal information NAMO Financial Services LLC holds about the requester.
Correction: updates to inaccurate or out-of-date information.
Deletion: removal of submitted information from active systems, subject to any regulatory retention obligations that apply to licensed financial professionals.
Opt out of testimonial display: removal of a previously submitted and published testimonial.

Requests are honored within a reasonable timeframe, typically within thirty (30) days.

Cookies and Local Storage

The namo360.life website does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies. The site uses browser localStorage only to remember the consumer's selected color theme (light or dark) under the key namo-theme. This value never leaves the consumer's browser and is not transmitted to any server.

Children's Privacy

The namo360.life website and the services offered through it are intended for adults age eighteen (18) and older. NAMO Financial Services LLC does not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted information through the site, please contact sk@namo360.life for prompt removal.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to site features, infrastructure providers, or regulatory requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent change was made. Material changes will be noted on the namo360.life homepage for a reasonable period after publication.
